http://godskingsandheroes.info/software/Excel2GEDv1.0-family.zip - This is an Excel spreadsheet laid out with columns pre-labeled for genealogical data.  There is a VBA coded button, which when pushed, converts the data to a gedcom file.  A flaw with the VBA at the moment is if a person has more than one spouse, the children are listed all under one spouse instead of properly distributing among all the spouses.
